I've updated the relevant case file from what Harkness and Robin were able to help me with + my own extrapolations currently collating medical's findings about the level two mysteries nothing wildly departed from initial manticore speculation
I might have liked to know Harkness was already on call by the by
I mentioned you'd stepped in to stop that fight & he said you wouldn't give him any information about it because you had a grudge or something & couldn't be civil.
That doesn't sound like you. I mean, I don't think it does. Maybe I need to cut off your scotch supply.
I think that's just his affect to be honest so he could well like you for whatever that's worth vaguely unbelievable that he considers one conversation between us to be tantamount to grudge considering his usual network conduct
but similarly I'm sure I've inherited mentioned grudge via being friends with Severus
[ And he doesn't have to fill in the blanks, with this one. ]
No, he really doesn't like me. He told me so. I thought we'd been doing better but now he seems pissed again. He's been very helpful despite it, though. I shouldn't complain.
You're right. It's probably because of Severus. I know they had that spat. & Sirius doesn't care for him obviously.
if by spat you mean Edgeworth took Severus aside with the express purpose of assaulting him after which he and I offered to help him with his untamed abilities but Tyke was having none of it
I heard they had a disagreement & Edgeworth lost control of his telekinesis. I didn't hear it from Edgeworth, though, or anything about the aftermath.
[ He did hear that Severus used the Cruciatus Curse, but (a) so do Aurors, lately, and (b) Severus says he didn't, which is at least as trustworthy as a Muggle's understanding of which particular curse they were subjected to. Though if Severus knows more than one curse that causes excruciating full-body pain without leaving physical signs he should probably not use any of them (hi Claire). ]
